The Ecolorado Rafting Team specialise in white water and mountain activities with experience gained over many years. We have the capacity to meet the needs of any size of professional group for a half day, day, weekend or break.
We will tailor-make your programme according to your requirements.
Your decision to book with us may be for any number of reasons: Team Building for your employees, rewarding your employees, taking a breather during a busy spell, relaxation and social occasions…..But your requirements from us are the same: Safety, professionalism, ability to host a large group, friendly and efficient service.
Participants will have to use communication, humour and focus to bond and work as a team. We guarantee you’ll return home with a smile on your face!
Depending on the size of your group, your requirements and expectations, we will arrange for you to be on the Giffre in Samoens, or on the Arve in Passy.
The Giffre will be best for teams of 10 – 40 people who want thrills and safety.
The Arve is easier and can accommodate groups of up to 200 people. Those who are more reserved in the beginning will enjoy Rafting while others will take on Canoraft and Hydrospeed. Young or old, athletic or not so athletic, we will find the activity most suited to you.
All the options that we offer on this site are possible as part of a group or team building event. However, we have outlined below some recommendations:
Ideal for all; neither too hard nor too easy, the Giffre offers both relaxation and excitement. Crossing the Gorges will remain etched in your memory. We crew our rafts with 4 – 6 people for more mobility (of the raft) and safety.The descent will be instructive, invigorating and playful.
If desired, before the end of the course, we will hold an online race start.

There are many activities that you can do on the water and we offer all of them simultaneously (Rafting, Hydrospeed, Canoraft). Whether you’re sporty or not you can experience the pleasure together.

Dare to try something different!! After a rafting session in the morning you can get lunch in Samoens, then you’ll trek to a refuge where we’ll spend the night. With many refuges in the mountains, we have a choice of level of difficulty for the trek. If some people in your group have difficulty walking, we can arrange 4 by 4 transport to the refuge. Everybody can kick back and relax over a fondue or tartiflette evening meal and enjoy the stunning sunset colours on the mountains. The next morning we descend a rugged valley among plenty of wild flowers. We arrive in Samoens around noon and after you’ve had some lunch in the village, we’ll go hydrospeeding on the Giffre.
€75/person for rafting and hydrospeed
plus €42/person ½ board in the refuge (excluding drinks)
plus €250/mountain guide per group (maximum 15 per guide)
Toilets, sinks and showers are available at the refuge.
Don’t forget to pack a small towel.
Team Building Rafting, 3 Rivers over 3 days (2 full ½ days + 1 whole day):
This sequence of increasingly technical rivers will create a super team effort and cohesion.
3 famous rivers in the Northern Alps which will help to create and build a strong team. It’s not only sport, it’s fun too !

Ecolorado also has snowshoeing in the winter.
Why not try a relaxing afternoon, a full day or night walking followed by a fondue!
In nearby Sallanches, Megeve and Chamonix there are a number of large 3 and 4 star Hotels. In Samoens the hotels are a little smaller, but just has friendly and efficient.
It is possible for us to arrange transfers from train stations in Cluses, Annecy and Bellegarde and also from Geneva airport.
